| Why is it necessary to have a good personality ? |
| In today's world academic knowledge alone is not sufficient to grow and excel in life. A lot of other factors need to be taken care of before we go ahead. We see such things on a regular basis. Today it is no longer possible to get a job or an admission just on the basis of an entrance test. Each of these processes is followed by either a Group Discussion or a Personal Interview, or both. This is clear that we not only have to be technically sound academically but also on other personality fronts. |

| What all factors are taken into consideration while talking about Personality? |
| Personality cannot be broken up into distinct micro factors. Although a few of these can always be listed. These are : Self Awareness, General Awareness, IQ, EQ, Social Skills, Presentation Skills, Creativity, Communication Skills, Assertiveness, Positive attitude etc. All these factors and a few others can always be listed as a necessary part of the Personality of an individual. |

| Can personality be improved? |
Yes. Personality is also dynamically able to grow and expand. Each individual depending on the effort put by him, can improve on his / her personality. A simple example is : Generally a student who has studied Maths throughout his life, would be more comfortable in Maths in comparison to one, who hasn't, who would always like to run away from the same. This is mostly because of the attitude towards the subject.
Personality can also be understood the same way. How we perceive reality, how we react to life, how we look at things, will impact throughout the frame of our personality. Lot of personal growth and self-fulfillment can be achieved if one is aware of the need to develop ones true potential. |

| Can you list a few attributes of successful people? |
| It is a generally agreed upon fact that a successful individuals work with people and not on them. They work smart and not hard. They make friends and retains them. These people would always reach the top and stay there, and finally always has a positive outlook towards life. |

| If I improve my english, will my Personality improve? |
| Yes of course. Your personality will definitely improve by an improvement in English. But remember, improving English does not necessarily mean a complete development in personality. English improvement is just a part of the whole exercise. By improving your language you would just be able to improve on "How to say", but other things like "What to say", "How to present oneself" would always remain. Thus we have designed the course PERSONA so that it will help you improve on almost all the fronts. |

| What other efforts will I have to put in to improve my personality apart from what is taught to me at PT? |
| Personality is not what can be improved in a day's or week's or month's time. Remember, personality development is a continuous process. At PT we would try and give you a head start over your peers. You will come to know of your strengths and weaknesses and will also know how to capitalize on your strengths and improve upon your weaknesses. | Would I get to prepare for my personal interviews and GDs that I might be required to face some time later ? |
| Yes most of the variants of the persona course will have GD/PI preparation classes as an integral part of them. Students will be given adequate inputs on preparing themselves for these. Also on a regular basis students will be made to come in front of the class, and express their views on a given subject. This will obviously help the students improve on their confidence. |

| Would I be getting some study material to refer to on a regular basis? |
| Yes. The complete set of study material will be supplied to the students. Elaborate theory and practice exercises are included in the same, so as to make the material interesting and more lively. |
