To start with, you need an office (at least 800 sq ft but ideally 1200 to 1500 sqft), a dedicated telephone line, a PC with Internet connection, and access to a good classroom (own/rented) in a conveniently accessible locality.

Developed market premium |
If we offer a second centre in a location where one or more PT Centre(s) is / are already operational then the Franchisee of the new centre shall pay (depending on market variables and condition) an amount equivalent to the Security Deposit for that location as a Developed Market Premium to the PT-HQ.

The investment mentioned above would necessarily be made under the following heads |
Security Deposit ( SD)
|
| A one time refundable payment payable on the date of signing of the agreement. This deposit is an interest free deposit which is refunded back to you at the time of termination of the agreement. |
| Developed Market Premium (DMP) |
| DMP is applicable where we already have a centre and one more centre comes up in the same region . DMP is equivalent to the SD applicable for that particular centre. |
| Licensing Fee (LF) |
| A one-time non refundable payment payable on the date of signing of the agreement. This amount is location dependent. |
| Technical Knowhow Fee (TKF) |
| A one-time, non refundable payment payable over two year time frame, broken into two equal installments. If you are an existing franchisee, you will be given a 40% discount on TKF for any other courses. TKF is location as well as course dependent We have kept this fee as low as possible, so as not to deter any talented individuals. |

Royalty |
A fixed royalty of 20% (Twenty percent only) of the course fees per student registered for any course at your centre. This is fixed in perpetuity.

Multiple centres |
| Depending on the market size and the capability of the existing PT Centre(s) to serve the market fully, the PT HQ may decide at its sole discretion to open a new centre in the territory. If you are an existing franchisee and opt to take up the franchise for another centre in the same territory or another, we offer a 40% discount on the Licensing Fee but the TKF and the Security Deposit is payable as applicable. These amounts are as per the category of the city. |
